Chinese Food Delivery App

Through this Coursera project, I strengthened my UX research skills, including conducting user interviews, collecting and analyzing data, and identifying pain points and areas for improvement. By studying five users who regularly use food apps, I gained valuable insights into their behavior and preferences. I also learned to empathize with users and translate their needs into actionable design recommendations.

Implement a menu categorization feature that allows users to filter food items based on categories like appetizers, chicken dishes, curries, etc. This would make it easier for users to find specific types of dishes without having to scroll through the entire menu.

By implementing these improvements, the app can provide users with a more efficient and enjoyable menu browsing experience, allowing them to find dishes that align with their preferences quickly.
